How to Get Started

Free consult – we are flexible, meeting anywhere to discuss your printing needs. Consults are also available over Zoom, phone, and/or email.

Share stories – we love to hear your stories and business beliefs to have a better understanding of how we can support your business.

Talk specifics – we will discuss paper stock, graphic design, fonts, and colors relating to the client’s expectation of their proposed print project.

Quotes & Agreement –  we will send you two or more quotes via email, detailing all our services. Once you’ve chosen a quote you wish to proceed with, we will provide you with a Sparrow Printing Quote Agreement Form that is straightforward and easy to follow.

Payment process- shortly after you complete the Quote Agreement Form, we will send you a secure and convenient payment link via email. You’ll receive a notification with the subject “A New Invoice Created by SPARROW PRINTING.” The payment link, provided by youpay.net (an ElectronicPayments affiliate), allows you to enter your credit or debit card information directly. For your security, we only see the last four digits of your card and whether the payment is approved.

Start project- we start by creating the requested graphic design and maintain ongoing communication with the client through draft submissions. We are committed to multiple rounds of revisions as needed to ensure the final print project meets your expectations. Before printing, we send final drafts for your approval to guarantee your satisfaction.

Send to printer- once the client confirms and is satisfied with the drafts, we proceed to send the print project to the printer. We request a final proof to review the bleed, cut lines, and overall appearance. Once we have ensured that everything meets the client’s expectations, we give the printer the approval to print and confirm the delivery dates.  The finished project can either be delivered directly to the client’s address or to Sparrow Printing for drop-off or pickup.

Stay in touch –  we stay in touch to give updates on the progress and delivery.
