Talk specifics – we will discuss paper stock, graphic design, fonts, colors relating to the client’s expectation of their proposed print project.
Quotes – we will send out via email two or more quotes covering all services. The Google Form is easy to follow. Just a few questions to answer.
Payment- once agreed on a quoted amount, a payment link will be sent. The payment process is a safe easy link sent to either your cell phone or email. You will receive a notification with “A New Invoice Created by SPARROW PRINTING” within the body of the message, the link would be from youpay.net of whom are affiliated with ProCharge-ElectronicPayments. You have the control of inputting your credit/debit card information. We only see the last for digits of the card and if it is approved.
Start project- we begin with creating graphic designs requested, communicate with the client by sending drafts, we don’t mind several back and forth editing. Whatever it takes to create the print project to your expectation. Before sending the project to the printer, proofs will be sent to the client to confirm satisfaction.
Send to printer- Once the proof is confirmed satisfied by the client, we send the print project to printer requesting a final proof to review the bleed, cut lines and visual look. We give the printer OK to print and gather delivery dates, once we have it setup to the clients expectation. This can either be delivered to the client’s address or to Sparrow Printing to drop off or pickup.
Stay in touch – we stay in touch to give updates on the progress and delivery.
